Sri Gaura-Purnima 2012
One of the most auspicious days of the year is coming up very soon. This is Sri Gaura Purnima, the Appearance Day of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu also known as Sri Gauranga. He is Krishna Himself, who came in the most magnanimous mood. He made the process of attaining the ultimate love and happiness very easy and available to everyone.. and not even just “ultimate love and happiness”, but the highest possible ‘quality’ of such, that had never been available anywhere.
This is one of the few super most blissful and auspicious celebrations in the year for us.
We will have program at the Temple on Wednesday, March 7 at 6:30pm.
The program will include Bhajans, Hari-katha and glorification of Mahaprabhu and His devotees, Abhisheka, Arati and Prasadam.
Gaura-purnima celebration will also continue on Sunday, March 11 at 5pm at the Temple – at the time of our regular Sunday program.
Gurudeva’s Festival 2012
Dear Devotees
We are happy to announce and invite you all to a very special program we will be having in the Temple during 3 consecutive days, January 20 – 22.
This is to commemorate our Gurudeva’s appearance festival (avirbhava mahotsava).
The program is as follows:
Friday, January 20th: Bhajans and Gurudeva Katha followed by prasadam – at 6:30pm
Saturday, January 21st: Bhajans and Gurudeva Katha followed by prasadam – at 5pm
Sunday, January 22nd: Bhajans and Gurudeva Katha followed by pushpanjali, arati and special festival prasadam – sharp at 5pm
Sripad Ramachandra Prabhu will be main speaker during these days. He has been serving Gurudeva for many years.
